All team members should have their own logins to Telum Media to prevent unauthorised access. To facilitate this, we allow any user with a Telum Media login to manage which team members in the same office can access the Telum Media contacts database or receive the News Alerts.
The Team page can be easily accessed from the top bar by clicking on Team or by bookmarking the URL https://www.telummedia.com/client/team (please note this only works if you are logged in).
On the Team page, you can create, disable, or manage logins. There are two methods to request logins for colleagues in the same office.
Invite new team members
Click the "Invite new team members" button, then complete the form on the following page; or
Click the "Generate a new link" button to copy a link you can share with your team member. This will allow them to complete the form themselves.
Disable or remove existing team members
On the Team page, you can also review the current team. We kindly ask that you keep this updated regularly to ensure that anyone who has left your team can no longer access Telum Media immediately upon their departure. This is particularly important as they may continue to utilise your paid subscription, view your private notes, and access your valuable lists.
You can easily request removals or deactivate team members in the section below:

Key icon: This allows you to designate someone as the Key Contact. This refers to the person who manages all matters related to your Telum subscription, including the contract. If this changes, please update it promptly.
Slash Circle Icon: This disables a login, keeping the individual associated with your company but removing their access to Telum Media. This is useful if a colleague no longer works in your department but is still with the same company.
Bin Icon: This deactivates access for this person immediately. This should be used when someone has left your company entirely. While the Telum Media team processes the removal, their name may still appear on the Team page temporarily.
Note
You don’t need to delete users to free up logins - logins are unlimited for anyone working in the same team and access location.
